Ingredients
Method
- Add almond milk, yogurt, and protein powder to the blender first to prevent powder from sticking.
- Add frozen banana, berries, almond butter, chia seeds, cinnamon, and spinach (if using).
- Top with ice cubes and secure the lid tightly.
- Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
- Stop and scrape down sides if needed, then blend for another 10 seconds.
- Pour into a tall glass and enjoy immediately for the best texture.
- For a thinner consistency, add 2–4 more tablespoons of milk and blend again.
- For a thicker "smoothie bowl," reduce milk to 3/4 cup and top with granola.
Notes
- Swap a banana for 1/2 avocado to lower sugar while keeping creaminess.
- Prep-ahead: portion all dry ingredients into zip bags for "smoothie packs."
- This smoothie stays fresh in the fridge for up to 24 hours – shake well before drinking.
- Add 1/2 scoop of collagen peptides for an extra 10g of protein.
- Not sweet enough? Add 1 teaspoon of maple syrup or honey to taste.
