No Bake Energy Bites Recipe (Healthy Snack in 10 Minutes)

The perfect pick-me-up to beat the afternoon slump. These naturally sweetened bites are packed with protein, healthy fats, and fiber to keep you full and focused without any oven time.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats old-fashioned
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter or any nut/seed butter
  • 1/3 cup Honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Ground Flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips or dried fruit
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  2. Stir vigorously until the mixture is fully combined and sticky.
  3. Chill the bowl in the fridge for 15 minutes (optional, for easier rolling).
  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch diameter balls using your hands.
  5. Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set before serving.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

Substitutions: Use almond butter or sunflower seed butter for a nut-free version. Swap chocolate chips for raisins or dried cranberries.
• Texture: If the mixture is too dry, add 1-2 tsp of milk or water. If too sticky, add a little more oats.
• Storage: Keep refrigerated for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 3 months.
